Read the job description and identify three relevant skills.
Review the employer's services, recent work and values using its official website.
Prepare a 60-second introduction about your background.
Prepare 3–5 examples showing teamwork, initiative, challenges and results.
Know the interview location, time and format; test audio/video if online.
Listen carefully and answer the specific question.
Use context → your contribution → result for behavioral examples.
Ask thoughtful questions about the role, team and learning opportunities.
Record useful feedback or questions for future preparation.
Send a brief thank-you message if appropriate.
